cake & filling flavors

Each cake is custom made to order and are estimated on an individual basis.  

ORDERING TIMELINE

• KAP-Design kindly requests that an order is "Booked" and retainer is paid a minimum of 1 week (2 weeks is preferred) prior to your event date.  
• At least one month notice is requested for larger cakes or for a cake and treats for one occasion.

For ordering inquiries that do not fall in this time frame, please email contact@kap-design.com or call  860-573-8424. I will let you know if I am able to accommodate your request. 

All orders are taken on a first come, first serve basis and availability varies. 

Please note the timeframes mentioned above may be subject to change based on availability due to schedule changes or orders that become booked ahead of you.  Please plan accordingly. It is never too early to book the date for your event. 

The date for your order is considered “Booked” upon receipt of the retainer/payment 

(when cleared - may take up to 2-3 business days to clear). 

RUSH FEE

An additional fee may be applied to any accepted short notice orders. Short notice orders would require rearranging my schedule to fit in your order as well as my costs may be higher having to get certain supplies on short notice. If the Rush Fee applies, it will be noted in the breakdown/quote.

Below are starting prices (for the styles indicated) for cakes with basic buttercream frosting. The final price will depend on size, flavors & level of decoration required.  Starting prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuation in cost of supplies, fuel prices, and/or unforeseen economic or other circumstances.     

There will be an additional charge for extra details including but not limited to: multiple icing colors, cake toppers, edible images, flowers, fondant and fondant details, painted details, sculpted and 3D details, taller tiers, tiered cakes, writing.
